Q: Who Do You Service?

We provide services for people of all ages, all ethnicities, and all hair textures. At It's Natural we believe everyone deserves to look and feel their best. Your crown is a physical extension of you; it should be treated with the same love and care as you would your body.

Q: Do You Accept Walk-Ins?

Not preferably. Our schedules tend to fill up very quickly, sometimes even weeks in advance. To ensure your service and time slot please call ahead and schedule an appointment. Please call It's Natural Salon at (303) 333-0219 or visit our contact page.

Q: Do You Provide Consultations Along With Services?

Yes, we can consult you on any style, hair care needs, etc. Consultations are required for all extension services. There is also a $75 fee for consultations for Strand by Strand extensions, Great Lengths and SoCap. All other consultations are complimentary.

Q: What Are Your Rates / Pricing For Services?

We have a full service list with pricing at the salon. If you have any further questions on pricing, please call It's Natural Salon at (303) 333-0219.

Q: What Is Your Cancellation /No Call-No Show Policy?

A preferred 48-hour notice should be given in the event you need to cancel. However, if a notice is not given and a no call-no show occurs, you will forfeit your deposit and/or a fee must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Q: Do You Provide In-Home Hair Care Services?

Yes, we travel within a 100 mile radius of It's Natural Salon to provide the same loving care to our clients in their homes, special occasions and other events.  The travel fee starts at $200 and varies by location.

Q: What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept Venmo and Cashapp.

Q: Do We Have To Put Down A Deposit For Services?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required for all first time visits for extensions, braids, travel appointments and services requiring 3-hours and over.

​

Q: Do You Offer Any Discounts or Promotions?

Yes, for seniors 65 and up and military/veterans they will receive a 15% discount. For promotions, please call the salon.
